Join SFYD and hundreds of Young Dems from chapters around the state in beautiful South Lake Tahoe for a weekend of workshops, trainings, and a banquet luncheon featuring exciting speakers and Democratic candidates.

The California Young Democrats (CYD) will also consider endorsements in races! All major Democratic candidates will be invited to address CYD and make their pitch for why the official youth arm of the California Democratic Party should endorse them.

The California Young Democrats will be considering endorsements in the following races:

- President of the United States (via Ranked Choice Voting)
- Congressional Races
- State Senate Races
- State Assembly Races

SFYD is excited to offer free accommodations to 10 members in good standing - first come, first served. Each individual must register to attend. Early Registration is just $60 per person (the same as last Retreat) until Thursday, October 10, 2019. After that point, Late Registration will be $90 per person. Register with CYD by clicking here before prices go up!

Accommodations
For those not staying in the SFYD room block, please make sure to book your accommodations before Tuesday, October 1st, 2019 or you may not be able to get a room.

A CYD room block has been secured at the Lakeland Village Resort at Heavenly along with discounted rates for participants. Rates vary and rooms range from studio size to large 5 bedroom cabins. To book your room CALL 1-877-741-7784 and use the group code CH2YDEM.

Book your room with your arrival date starting on Friday, October 18, 2019 for two nights.

*Each room must have at least one individual that is 21 years of age older at the time of check-in.

**Note that only one vehicle will be allowed to park on site per cabin, there is offsite parking about a mile away that is free with a shuttle running until 11pm every night, but it is less convenient. That means you will want to carpool as much as possible.

All events will be hosted on-site at Lakeland Village at Heavenly with the exception of our dinner and general session which will be held at the Montbleu Casino and Resort.
