SFYD's August Endorsement Event

Join the San Francisco Young Democrats on Thursday, August 20th as we hear from the candidates* and ballot measure representatives for the November elections before casting our vote** to endorse in the following races and measures:

President of the United States
Board of Supervisors, District 1
Board of Supervisors, District 3
Board of Supervisors, District 5
Board of Supervisors, District 7
Board of Supervisors, District 9
Board of Supervisors, District 11
San Francisco Board of Education (4 Seats)
Community College Board (4 Seats)
BART Board, District 9
State & Local Ballot Measures

**You must be an eligible voting member in order to cast a vote for endorsement. If you are not sure of your voting status and would like to check, please email sfydpresident@gmail.com

*Candidates, we are in the process of reaching out to you individually, but if you should have any questions about our endorsement process, please feel free to email pac@sfyd.org. In compliance with our by-laws, only registered Democrats will be allowed to participate in our endorsement process.

Due to the volume of campaigns, there will not be public comment or questions from the audience. However, we will be posting campaign questionnaire responses here on Tuesday, August 18th, which will include their respective contact information.

Each candidate will have 2 minutes to present to the membership and each measure position will have 1 minute to present to the membership.
